Sony’s Playstation 5 launch event is here! So stick around to see what Sony has in store for its next-gen console and how the PS5 will shape “the future of gaming”. Viewer Note: Sony suggests watching the PS5 presentation with headphones to better show off some “audio work” that might not come across on laptop or smartphone speakers.
Before Sony kicks their office stream, The IGN team will be having a pre and post show where we’ll discuss potential PS5 specs and features like 120hz frame rates, ray tracing, backward compatibility, and most importantly, the PS5 console design. But hardware features aside, they will also be discussing potential launch titles and future PS5 games (Godfall and Call of Duty 2020 – fingers crossed).
At the very least we hope the event provides us with the PS5 release date and the PS5 price.
